This TSP complete rebuild kit will suit KTM250SX/EXC/XC from 2008-2016 and Husky TE/TC250 2 stroke models from 2014-2016. Images shows parts from the 2017-on kit, however the 08-16 kit is basically the same, except it does not come with the rubber spark plug cover.

Piston sizing: ideally you should measure your bore with a dial gauge to work out the correct piston sizing. If you cannot do this then a rough rule of thumb is use an A size under 80 hours of engine run time and use a B size over 80 hours of engine run time. Its ALWAYS better to have a bit too much clearance than not enough, so if in doubt use an A size.
